All-Star Cheer
What
is All-Star Cheerleading?
All-Star Cheerleading is
one of the fastest growing competitive sports in Canada. There has been a huge
increase in participation in Alberta in the last 5 years. All-Star
Cheerleading is the ultimate team sport. Athletes work with their teammates
towards perfecting a 2 1/2 minute routine, which includes stunting, tumbling and
dancing.
Competitive cheer
improves strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. Being a valuable
member of a team is a great way to build self- confidence, friendships and
develop social skills.
Give it a try, and you
will see that being a part of ACE will be a fun and rewarding
experience.
Empire Cheer Squad is pleased to
offer even more great teams for all ages and abilities for the 2011-2012
